Very good experience! They were very nice and explained everything well. I had a bad experience in the past at another dentist and I am more careful about where I go. Dr Luking is very kind and patient. Dr. Phillips did my re-root canal, and I felt no pain at all (I was dreading it! But no big deal!) Kim the assistant was sweet and friendly. ***I have been to this office several more times since my initial review, and I am now recommending this office to anyone looking for a dentist. Since my first visit where they did a high tech analysis of my dental health that helped me understand how to optimize my dental regimen, they have maintained a high level of service and care. As a health care professional, I really appreciated gaining that insight into my risk factors and current status. The staff are proactive in explaining their treatments. I’ve needed a couple more invasive interventions l, and can say the oral surgeon and the periodontist are also both excellent here. I appreciated the option to get anesthesia for a more invasive procedure, since I can be a bit phobic about that kind of thing. So nice to wake up—and it’s already done! Dental work is expensive, but it’s definitely worth investing in your oral health, since that directly impacts your overall health. It’s easy to put off dental care when you are scared of the pain of the procedures, but so far I’ve been made comfortable every visit. And it’s jso much nicer living without ongoing daily tooth pain!

Northeast Dallas Dentistry is a great place and the staff are great. Very friendly and a welcoming enviornment.
